Yes! Qargo enables transport companies to invoice multiple customers using different currencies on a single order, even if those currencies differ from the original pricelist currency. This provides much greater flexibility for international and complex orders.
💡 How Does the Multi-Currency Charging Feature Work?
This feature introduces a separate currency field on charges that is independent of the pricelist currency.
Independent Currency Field: You can now manually adjust the currency for specific charge lines. For example, you can charge the transport fee in GBP to Customer A and the customs administration fee in EUR to Customer B, all on the same order.
Customer Currency Visibility: The Customer dropdown now displays the customer's default currency, making it easier to select the correct customer/currency combination for each charge.
Automatic Adjustment & Manual Pricing: When you select a customer whose default currency is different from the charge line's currency, the system will apply an automatic currency adjustment. However, it's important to note that changing the currency automatically makes the charge manual, meaning you will need to manually enter the specific pricing for that charge line.
