Q. Can COP documents be automatically uploaded to Contrado?
A. No, automatic upload of COP documents to Contrado is not currently supported as Palletline does not provide an API for this specific process. Therefore, a manual upload process is required.
Documents must be manually exported from Qargo and then uploaded individually or in bulk via the Contrado application interface.
To complete this process:
First, generate the required customer paperwork (COPs) from Qargo.
Second, use the Contrado interface to upload the documents.
