Sometimes Palletline API returns an empty response so the label file that was generated ends up being empty.

If the consignment has already been dispatched to Palletline, you can solve this by deleting the label first and then retriggering the "export to Palletline" task(which will push the generation of a new pallet label).

Below how you can delete the file first:

Then navigating to your trip and retriggering the task for dispatching to Palletline:

After this, you can navigate back to your order to view the new generated document.

If the document does not get generated and the message "The PDF file is empty, i.e. its size is zero bytes." stays on the preview page, you can contact our support team for further investigation or generate the label manually in Contrado.
