Digital signatures can be uploaded to Palletforce as POD data. These need to have a .tiff content type, which means some file conversion needs to be done.

The signatures are captured using the Qargo mobile application. Signatures captured by other FMS systems is not supported.

Not all the information is being sent to Palletforce

We send the signature if available but we don’t check the other information. If the signature is available, we send the signature to Palletforce.
