POD import happens for the collection depot use case
POD export happens for the delivery depot use case
POD Import
PODs are periodically synced from the Palletforce API and stored in Qargo. POD imports are either .tiff or .pdf
POD Export
When a POD is created/uploaded in Qargo, the file is being sent to Palletforce using the API.
Uploaded files should either be .tiff or .pdf. If that is not the case then a conversion to the correct file is executed.
