Configure Incidents (cargo)

You can configure incidents that can happen on a cargo, eg goods are damaged. This will record the incident on the order or trip

  • Navigate to RATES > Order input

  • Left-hand menu: Cargo Options - Click on 'Incidents'

  • Click on 'New incident' to add a new option & complete the details under 'General Info'.

Make sure the incident option is set to ACTIVE on all the relevant Transport Services.

Once saved in configuration, the options are available to record against the CARGO details in the order.

To record the incident:

  • Click on the Edit icon on the cargo row

  • Select the appropriate option from the Cargo incidents

  • Click SAVE

  • The order will display a warning against the order number, and the cargo incident details will show in the Cargo row.

Unlike a Stop Incident (Collect/Delivery), there is no further action required once the cargo incident is recorded.
