You can configure incidents such as a failed delivery of pickup.
Navigate to Configuration > Order input
Click on Incidents in the left sidebar (in Collect & delivery options)
Click on New incidents
On the right side, you can now complete the details (for which transport service and customers applicable..).
You can choose which consequences an incident has. e.g. needs to be rescheduled.
You'll need to fill in a default hub location for redelivery, but you can overwrite this later on always on the order itself.
Once saved, you can select those incidents in your order.
