On Contrado, you can download both the:

You then need to download it by pressing the save button and select the excel format (make sure to select xlsx):

When you open the excel file, then you need to press filter:

And then filter on column Q and make sure to deselect the following:

You then need to select all the charges in column P and make sure to switch the format to General:

Then you need to create a new invoice in Qargo by clicking Create invoice:

Then select Palletline as customer and click on Upload spreadsheet:

Then select everything in your excel sheet (after filtering!) and press copy and then paste it in Qargo:

Then select reference column: A and charge amount column: P

Then press save and we will automatically compare the self bill with the amounts in Qargo.
