In the Palletline system, each physical depot location has one or multiple depot codes.

These depots have different Contrado credentials, both for the desktop app, the API and the web services, and the requesting depot is always coupled to these credentials.

Qargo supports these multiple depots by using the correct credential set based on the requesting depot in the consignments.

For consignments that are exported from Qargo, the requesting depot is calculated based on the gazetteering of the postal code of the collection location (when exporting the delivery) or the delivery location (when exporting the collection) or the default (when exporting a direct stage).
