Overwrite tasks on customer level

Once you have created tasks to be used in your company, you can still deviate for a specific task for a specific customer.

  • Navigate to Customers.

  • Click on Customers in the header.

  • Go to a customer of your choice.

  • Scroll down and click on one of the tasks shown at the left side.

  • Click on "Override for this customer" and change the details.

  • Save it.
